For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
If your product was not purchased on our website, we cannot provide you with after-sales and warranty services. You need to find the website or dealer you purchased for after-sales and warranty. 3. The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.(picture, video, etc.) Wicue must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
4. It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.

3. Dated sales receipt from an authorized Wicue reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.
Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Please don’t worry, if the product you purchased is damaged after one-year. Our service team will provide paid maintenance product services. Please contact the service team via email. And please provide the order number and product pictures in the meantime. The service team will notify you of the maintenance cost and logistics cost by email.
Return And Exchange Policy
For any reason, if the customer is not satisfied with his order, please contact us to arrange a return. Undamaged products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Subject to the terms below.
1. Refund requests for the 30-day No Reasons Return Policy expire 30 days after the order is placed. Wicue must receive customer's return request within 30 days of the customer placing the order.
2. The products have to be in ''New'' condition, have original packaging, all accessories and in a state of normal use. Wicue reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, that can be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Shipping and handling charges for the original order are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with ''FREE postage'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.
4. Customers shall return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.
5. Customers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.
6. If the product is returned to us without a return authorization, and/or beyond a thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, we retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer's expense and with no refund issued.
7. Returned items are inspected with no problems and refunds will be processed within 7 days. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties (such as payment bank etc).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
If you have been issued with a refund notice but have yet to receive money, please contact your relevant financial institution with regards to any payment delays (e.g. PayPal, bank). Once the refund is processed, which usually takes 1~3 business days to back to your account.
There is often some processing time involved before the refund can be completed and the original payment method returned.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time (Normal product: 2-3 working days, Customized product: 7-15 working days):
Normal product orders are being processed within 24 hours, and an order confirmation will be sent to you within 10 minutes after the order was placed. We need 1-2 working days to inspect and pack the products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.
Processing time for customized product orders takes 7-15 business days. The specific processing time is determined according to the actual customization situation. You can contact our customer service team to confirm the exact time.
Shipping time (5-15 working days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, the order usually takes 5 and 15 working days to arrive at your destination.
