Return And Exchange Policy(待定)

30-Day No Reasons Return Policy

For any reason, if the customer is not satisfied with his order, please contact us to arrange a return. Undamaged products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Subject to the terms below.
1. Refund requests for the 30-day No Reasons Return Policy expire 30 days after the order is placed. Wicue must receive customer's return request within 30 days of the customer placing the order.

2. The products have to be in ''New'' condition, have original packaging, all accessories and in a state of normal use. Wicue reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, that can be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Shipping and handling charges for the original order are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with ''FREE postage'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.

4. Customers shall return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.

5. Customers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.

6. If the product is returned to us without a return authorization, and/or beyond a thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, we retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer's expense and with no refund issued.

7. Returned items are inspected with no problems and refunds will be processed within 7 days. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties (such as payment bank etc).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been issued with a refund notice but have yet to receive money, please contact your relevant financial institution with regards to any payment delays (e.g. PayPal, bank). Once the refund is processed, which usually takes 1~3 business days to back to your account.

There is often some processing time involved before the refund can be completed and the original payment method returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If items are defective, damaged or wrong item sent to you, you can request an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at 邮箱
Of course, we will cover return shipping for such issues.

Hope to be noticed:
1.For a change of mind purchases, customers should be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.Once an order is shipped out and still in transit to your address, it's not allowed to be canceled the order. You can return it after you receive.
3.If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
4.For purchases not made directly through Wicue’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
